Holiday Shopping Param Akbatı Card Campaign Participation Terms and Conditions
1. This campaign, exclusive to Akbatı Mobile Application members, offers the chance to earn a Param Akbatı Card loaded with 100 TL for single purchases of 500 TL or more made at stores within Akbatı (excluding all restaurant and cafe payments in the Restaurant Square located outside the shopping mall) between April 27-29, 2022.
2. Participation in the campaign is possible by downloading the Akbatı Mobile Application and uploading photos of receipts/invoices through the "Upload Receipts" section. Confirmation information regarding the uploaded receipts/invoices will be sent via SMS.
3. Transactions at currency exchange offices, receipts from banks/ATMs and parking lots, mobile/landline and internet bill payments and contract phone purchases, TL/minute top-ups, lottery expenses, purchases of gold without workmanship, gold jewelry (full, half, quarter, gram, etc.), receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices related to product exchanges, and purchases made with gift cards/gift vouchers are not included in the campaign.
4. A person cannot participate in the campaign more than once. Even if the purchase amount is 500 TL or multiples thereof, they can only be entitled to receive a 100 TL Param Akbatı Card once.
5. Shopping receipts must be uploaded on the same day, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. When uploading photos, the entire receipt, the store name, and the amount on the receipt must be clearly visible. Otherwise, the receipts will not be accepted.
6. Campaign prizes are subject to stock availability; the first 450 applicants will be eligible to receive a Param Akbatı Card as a gift.
7. Gifts can be collected from the Akbatı Information Desk until May 9, 2022, upon presentation of the receipt/invoice.
8. The Param Akbatı Cards earned in this campaign expire on May 31, 2022.
9. Akbatı Shopping Mall store personnel and Akyaşam Management Services Inc. personnel are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
10. Param Akbatı Card is a bank card valid at all banks' POS terminals within the scope of the Interbank Card Center (BKM).
11. You can activate your card and obtain your password by sending an SMS to 0850 988 99 99 with the following format: AKTIF, followed by a space, your 16-digit card number, another space, and your chosen 4-digit password. Example: AKTIF 97923500000000000 1234
12. The cardholder is responsible for all aspects of the storage and loss of their Param Akbatı Card. Akbatı will not replace the card in case of theft, loss, or damage.

14. Gift cards of participants who cancel their purchases made during the campaign dates will be cancelled, and all legal and financial responsibilities arising from product returns will belong to the consumer.
15. Param Akbatı Card cannot be converted to cash. The amount on the Param Akbatı Card can be used in installments.
16. By participating in the campaign, everyone is deemed to have accepted the campaign terms and conditions in advance.
17. Akbatı Shopping Mall Management reserves the right to change the campaign terms and conditions.
