“Site Feedback” Form – Information obtained through this form is used solely for the purpose of improving the www.akbati.com website, in accordance with Article 5.2-f of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject and that the processing of data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, records regarding the withdrawal of consent will be kept for one year from this date; and records of the content of commercial electronic messages and all other records related to the sending will be kept for three years to be submitted to the relevant ministry if necessary. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by us or upon your request.
