Founded in 2005, Akiş REIT has utilized Akkök Holding’s experience and expertise in the real estate sector—one of its strategic lines of business— in numerous projects to date, and continues to leverage this know how in its new investments. In addition to the success achieved through its Akbatı and Akasya projects, Akiş REIT has also pioneered a first among real estate investment trusts in Türkiye by operating in retail leasing through the Erenköy Apartment on Bağdat Avenue.
