Akbatı Mobile App Campaign Participation Terms and Conditions (December 6-31)
This campaign is organized by Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. with the permission of the National Lottery Administration dated 26.11.2021 and numbered E-24951361-255.01.02-12394. Between 06.12.2021 (00:01) and 31.12.2021 (23:59), those who download the Akbatı AVM mobile application belonging to Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. to their iOS and Android devices for free, register with their name, surname, address, mobile phone number, date of birth, email, and gender information, and click the "participate" button will receive 1 (one) raffle entry. (Those who log in to the application and click the "participate" button each day during the campaign period will receive 1 (one) raffle entry for each day.) The participant is responsible for proving the accuracy and sufficiency of all information provided during participation in the campaign. This campaign is for individual consumers. It is mandatory to have the application installed on your mobile device and your membership active until the end of the campaign. If your membership is canceled or the application is deleted, the prize will not be awarded. The draw will take place on January 10, 2022, at 10:30 AM at Umut Çekiliş ve Tanıtım Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti., Merkez Mah. İzzetpaşa Sk. Ay-Han İş Merkezi No:14 D.29 Şişli-İstanbul, in the presence of a notary public and open to anyone who wishes to attend. One person will win an Apple iPhone 12 64 GB (10,999.00 TL), one person will win an Apple iPad 8th Generation Wifi Tablet 32 GB (3,899.00 TL), one person will win a Xiaomi MI Robot Vacuum Mop Essential (2,599.00 TL), and one person will win an Apple TV 4K 64 GB (2,299.00 TL). The winning participants will be announced in the Takvim Newspaper on January 14, 2022. If a participant wins a prize and their address information is incomplete or unknown, the announcement in the newspaper will be considered sufficient notification. Notification will be sent to the main and reserve winners via registered mail. The campaign organizer and agency cannot be held responsible for any delays in postal delivery. Main winners must apply to info@umutcekilis.com with their identity and contact information by January 29, 2022, and reserve winners by February 13, 2022. Winners who do not submit the required documents completely by the specified dates will not receive their prizes. The responsibility for applying by the specified dates rests with the winners. Winners who do not apply will not receive their prizes. A person cannot win more than one prize. The prize images used in the campaign announcements may differ in color, appearance, and features from the actual prizes awarded. Prize claim deadline: February 14, 2022. The right to the prize is non-transferable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be exchanged. Individuals under 18 years of age, store owners and employees within Akbatı Shopping Mall, personnel of subcontractors serving Akbatı Shopping Mall, all types of legal entities and companies including sole proprietorships, Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Akyaşam Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Umut Çekiliş employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign. Even if they participate and win, their prizes will not be awarded. All taxes, expenses, and legal obligations, excluding VAT and excise tax, are the responsibility of the winners. Everyone participating in this draw is deemed to have accepted the above conditions.
