This campaign is organized by Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. with the permission of the National Lottery Administration, dated 05.09.2022 and numbered E-24951361-255.01.02-E.24159. Between 07.09.2022(10.00) and 30.09.2022(22.00), by making purchases of 500.-TL and multiples thereof (1 raffle ticket for every 500.-TL in a single transaction) from the stores within Akbatı Shopping Mall, owned by Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., located in Istanbul (excluding currency exchange transactions within Akbatı Shopping Mall, receipts from banks/ATMs and parking, lottery and gambling expenses, tobacco and tobacco products and alcoholic beverage purchases, mobile/landline and internet bill payments and contract phone purchases, TL/minute top-ups, purchases of gold without workmanship, gold jewelry (full, half, quarter, gram etc.), pharmacy-medicine, social security payments, e-pin payments, product exchange receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices, gift cards/gift vouchers, purchases made with points), you will be entered into a raffle ticket via iOS or Individual customers who download the "Akbatı AVM" application, available for free on their Android smartphones, register with their full name, address, email address, and mobile phone number, and then upload a photo of their shopping receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice (the entire receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice must be visible and the photo must be clear) will be granted a raffle entry after their registration, verification, and approval within the system. Submission of receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices through the "Akbatı AVM" application is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the campaign period, with the final submission date being 02.10.2022 (23.59). The participant is responsible for proving the accuracy and sufficiency of the membership information entered for the Akbatı AVM application and for storing the receipt/invoice/e-archive in a legible, intact, undamaged condition suitable for uploading to the Akbatı AVM application. Consumers with incomplete or unregistered membership information will not be granted a raffle entry. The customer name must match the name on the invoice. Transactions cannot be processed with invoices bearing different names. The system will evaluate uploaded receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices, eliminating duplicate entries with the same receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice. Only the first submitted receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice will be considered. If an upload is rejected, the reason will be communicated to the customer in writing via the application. After all entries are sorted and checked, those who submitted unsuccessful entries will receive a "Unsuccessful Entry" notification, and those who submitted successful entries will receive a "Successful Entry" notification along with their entry sequence number (sequence numbers starting from 1 for the first successful entry). For receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices with discounts, promotions, or points applied, the amount after the discount will be used, and the draw entry will be based on the total amount. Documents with no monetary value, such as information slips, order slips, delivery notes, collection receipts, and vouchers issued by travel agencies, are not valid. Visual presentation of e-archive invoices is mandatory. Purchases made from the websites of brands located in Akbatı AVM (even if product delivery was made from Akbatı AVM stores), and Migros online shopping receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices cannot be included in the campaign. Consumers can check their membership account on the “Akbatı AVM” application at any time and view their participation rights. Participants will be included in the draw even if they have incomplete information other than receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice number and date, name and surname, and mobile phone number. The draw will take place on October 7, 2022, at 12:00 PM at Koza Mah. The auction will be held in the common area of Akbatı Shopping Mall, located at 1655. Sk Esenkent Mevkii No:6 Esenyurt/İstanbul, in the presence of a notary and open to everyone who wishes to attend, and will consist of 5 items; Three iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB (priced at 29,999.00 TL each), three Xiaomi Mi Electric Scooter Pro2 Mercedes AMG Black (priced at 14,997.00 TL each), and three Apple Watch Series 7 (priced at 8,399.00 TL each) will be awarded as prizes. The draw results will be announced in the Takvim Newspaper on October 12, 2022. Winners and reserve winners will be notified by registered mail. The campaign organizer and the draw agency are not responsible for any delays in postal delivery. A person cannot win more than one prize. If a participant wins a prize and their address information is incomplete or unknown, the announcement in the newspaper is sufficient for notification. Winners must claim their prizes by October 27, 2022, and reserve winners by November 11, 2022, by providing their ID, receipts/invoices/e-archive invoices, and contact information. Participants must apply by emailing info@umutcekilis.com. Winners who fail to submit all required documents by the specified dates will not be able to claim their prize. The responsibility for submitting applications by the specified dates rests with the winners. The prize delivery deadline is November 15, 2022. Presentation of the receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice is mandatory for prize delivery. It is the participant's responsibility to keep the receipt/invoice/e-archive invoice in a legible condition. The right to participate cannot be transferred, converted into cash, or exchanged. The "Akbatı AVM" application will review user participation in detail and, in case of malicious or irregular participation, may request the original shopping receipt by mail, warn the user, suspend their membership, and, if necessary, cancel the right to participate in the draw. The campaign is for individual customers only. Individuals under 18 years of age, store owners and employees within Akbatı AVM, AVM security, cleaning and technical personnel, all types of legal entities and sole proprietorships are not eligible to participate. Employees of Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş, Omegadata Yaz. Eğt. Dan. İth. İhr. Tic. Ltd. Şti., and Umut Çekiliş ve Tanıtım Hiz Tic Ltd Şti are not eligible to participate in the campaign. Even if they participate and win, their prizes will not be awarded. Excluding the Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) and Value Added Tax (KDV) included in the prize amount, other legal obligations are the responsibility of the winners. The processing of participants' personal information is necessary for the draw to be conducted, for the winners to be identified, and for the prizes to be delivered.
